Managed by the Canadian Hydronics Council (CHC), a council within the Canadian Institute of Plumbing and Heating (CIPH), Ultimate Comfort is the foundation of Canada's hydronics community.
CHC is a national council comprised of representatives from CIPH regions, the Alberta Hydronics Advisory Council and the Thermal Environmental Comfort Association (TECA).
Its mission is to promote responsible growth and contribute to the prosperity of the members and their customers in the hydronic heating industry.
CHC's goals are:
- To build and maintain a membership that represents the hydronics industry;
- To provide effective public relations for hydronics;
- To continually increase CHC's influence in government relations;
- To promote education and training of personnel for the hydronics industry;
- To encourage market research;
- To improve contact and establish co-operative relationships with allied industry associations in North America and abroad; and
- To ensure the CSA B214 Installation Code For Hydronic Heating Systems is adopted by national and provincial/territorial code authorities and to monitor industry changes and developments while ensuring that appropriate updates to the Code are incorporated.
